19 year old Devan Thobe of New Bremen was arrested Monday by the Mercer County Sheriff's office on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. According to the compaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Thobe is accused of jerking the wheel of a vehicle during an argument with the victim from his position in the passenger seat and punching the victim in the face. After the victim pulled over, Thobe allegedly tackled the victim to the ground and tried to yank the keys away, causing a minor injury.
