34 year old Danny Steen of Celina has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on a 5th degree felony charge of aggravated possession of drugs with a specification for forfeiture of an automobile in a drug case. The indictment alleges that on or about November 20, 2024 in Mercer County, Steen did knowingly obtain, possess, or use a controlled substance or a controlled substance analog and the drug involved in the violation is a compound, mixture, preparation, or substance included in Schedule I or II, to wit: Methamphetamine, a Schedule II drug., Steen is due to appear in court on January 2nd.
