Mendon-Union Branch Library Announces Updated Thursday Hours for 2025

 

Mendon, OH – The Mercer County District Library is pleased to announce updated Thursday hours for the Mendon-Union Branch Library starting in 2025. The library will now be open continuously from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM on Thursdays.

This change simplifies the schedule and ensures greater convenience for library patrons. Previously, the branch operated from 9:30–11:00 AM and 12:00–6:00 PM. The adjustment was made to better align with the community’s needs following the move of the Storytime program to its new slot on Wednesdays at 4:30 PM.

 

In addition to the updated hours, the Mendon-Union Branch offers 24/7 hold lockers to make library materials even more accessible. These lockers allow patrons to pick up their reserved items at a time that works best for them—even outside library hours! Learn more about this convenient service at mercerlibrary.org/lockers.
