According to online records, The Mercer County Sheriff's Office has arrested 25 year old Shaun William Tae Olberding on 2 3rd degree felony charges of sexual battery "victim is minor, offender has temporary or occassional disciplinary control". Olberding was taken into custody on Monday. He is being held in the Mercer County Jail pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court.
