37 year old Nathaniel Ayers of Celina was arrested this week on charges of theft from Walmart. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Ayers allegedly pushed a cart of merchandise out the door worth 261 dollars without paying on October 16th. Ayers faces a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of theft. Ayers was taken to the Mercer County Jail where he was released on bond pending an apperance in court on Monday December 23rd.
