45 year old Amanda Hatfield of Rockford was arrested Thursday on misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, resisting arrest and criminal mischief. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Hatfield allegedly struck the victim in their face during an argument. Hatfield is also accused of refusing to place her hands behind her back after she was ordered to do so several times. Hatfield also allegedly moved, defaced or damaged items in a home that didn't belong to her. Hatfield was taken to the Mercer County Jail to be held pending a court appearance.
