35 year old Brittany Hart of Celina was arrested early Thursday on a 4th degree misdemeanor charge of persistent disorderly conduct. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Hart allegedly obstructed Mercer County Sheriif's Deputies by refusing to leave a residence she was at after she was told multiple times to leave. The police state that Hart continued to yell in the driveway that she was not leaving. Hart was arrested and taken to the Mercer County Jail where is she being held on $25,000 bond pending an appearance in court on Friday. To read the complaint:
