24 year old Iola Taylor of Florida was arraigned this week on felony charges of falsifying signatures and election falsification. According to the indictment, Taylor is accused of falsifying signatures on a petition that was filed with the Mercer County Board of Elections in relation to last month's State Issue 1. Taylor, who was released on her own recognizance , will be back in court on Wednesday January 29th. If convicted, Taylor faces 3 years in prison and over 7-thousand-dollars in fines.
