29 year old Kelsea Brown of Coldwater faces a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of falsification stemming from an incident Saturday. According to the complaint filed by the Coldwater Police, Brown allegedly made a false statement by lying to a Coldwater officer about William Green, Jr being inside her residence after the police already observed Green being inside.The police were investigating a bond violation where William
Green Jr. was not to be at the residence and Kelsea Brown also stated she knew William
