FRANKLIN JUDGE LAWSUIT
IN CENTRAL OHIO A FEDERAL JUDGE HAS FILED A FEDERAL LAWSUIT CLAIMING DISCRIMINATION.
A FEDERAL LAWSUIT FILED BY A FRANKLIN COUNTY JUDGE AGAINST THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AND SEVERAL OTHER JUDGES ALL OVER CLAIMS OF RACE AND GENDER DISCRIMINATION. COMMON PLEASE JUDGE KIMBERLY COCROFT FILED THE COMPLAINT. SHE SAYS STARTING FROM JULY OF 2021 UNTIL NOW, SHE HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO DISCRIMINATION, HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT AND RETALIATION. SHE'S REQUESTING CHANGES TO THE SYSTEM AND $75,000 IN DAMAGES. THE PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE SAYS IT IS REVIEWING THE DOCUMENT AND WILL RESPOND AFTER COMPLETING THE REVIEW PROCESS.
