45 year old Kimberly Pohlman was arrested Sunday on charges of OVI, stopping after an accident and operating without reasonable control. Pohlman also faces misdemeanor charges of domestic violence, assault, resisting arrest and persistent disorderly conduct. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Pohlman is accused of shoving the victim into a wall. The police also allege Pohlman pulled away and did not comply with commands when she was arrested. The persistent disorderly conduct charge came after Pohlman was accused of screaming at family members after she was arrested and continuing to yell and use profanity once inside Mercer Health's emergency room. Pohlman was taken to the Mercer County Jail to be held pending a court appearance. To view the complaint against Pohlman:
