Blood Drives in Mercer County the Week of Nov. 24th

DAYTON, Ohio – November 22, 2024 – The holidays are upon us, and now is the perfect time to embrace the spirit of giving! This Thanksgiving, consider making a meaningful impact by donating blood and saving lives.

Versiti Blood Center (formally Solvita Blood Center) is encouraging community members make an appointment to donate blood this coming week at a community blood drive near them.

Upcoming blood drives in Mercer County include:

• Fort Recovery American Legion Blood Drive, Monday Nov. 25, from 03:00 PM to 06:00 PM at Fort Recovery American Legion Social Hall –2490 State Route 49, Fort Recovery, OH 45846.

• Mercer County Fairgrounds Blood Drive, Monday Nov. 25, from 02:30 PM to 05:30 PM at Mercer County Fairgrounds PBS Animal Health Building – 1001 West Market Street, Celina, OH 45822.
  • All attempting donors will be entered to win one of five car passes for the Merry & Bright Light Festival, donated by Mercer County Fairgrounds.

• Maria Stein American Legion Blood Drive, Tuesday Nov. 26, from 12:00 PM to 06:00 PM at Maria Stein American Legion Community Room – 8140 State Route 119, Maria Stein, OH 45860.
