21 year old Cameron Ofrey of Celina was been sentenced this week in Mercer County Common Pleas Court to 5 years of community control sanctions on misdemeanor assault and vandalism charges. Other charges, including burglary and felony charges of vandalism were dismissed as part of an agreement with prosecutors. In March of this year. Ofray was accused of trespassing by force in an occupied structure to commit vandalism. Ofray allegedly caused or attempted to cause harm to the victim and also reportedly stole a bluetooth speaker. After this incident, Ofrey allegedly made false statements to the police.
