Mercer County Auditor Randy Grapner has announced his retirement. Grapner's retirement will be effective at the end of the year. Once Grapner retires,  the Mercer County Commissioners will make a temporary appointment and then the Mercer County Republican Central Committee will make an appointment to fill the vacancy.
