25 year old Anthony Merrill of Saint Henry has been charged with sexual conduct with an animal. The charge is a 2nd degree misdemeanor. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Merrill allegedly disclosed to a social worker that he engaged in sexual conduct with the family dog and that given the opportunity he would do so again.
