40 year old Ashlee Heinl Botkin of Coldwater has made her initial appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas for a superseceding indictment of 25 additional charges stemming from her original indictment for allegedly stealing drugs from Coldwater EMS. The new indictment was handed down in mid October after the Mercer County Prosecutors office obtained new evidence against Heinl-Botkin. Heinl-Botkin now faces 45 charges including theft and possession of drugs, tampering with records and possession of a fentany related compound. Heinl Botkin faces over 30 years in prison if convicted. Heinl Botkin will be back in court on November 14th.
