70 year old David Lavallee of Wapakoneta has been charged with Vehicular Homicide stemming from a February traffic accident. According to the police, on Monday February 26th, Lavallee was driving north on Bellefontaine Street approcaching Apollo. Lavallee struck a vehcile before attempting to turn and caused a chain reaction crash involving several other vehicles. 77 year old Joseph Ingram was taken to an area hospital where he died from his injuries. Lavallee and his female passenger suffered serious injuries. No other injuries were reported from the other 2 vehicles involved. Lavallee is due in court for his intitial appearance this week.
