Former Coldwater EMS Employee Ashlee Heinl-Botkin has been indicted on an additional 25 charges related to the alleged theft of drugs last year from EMS. The new indictment brings the count to 45 charges. The new charges include theft of drugs, possession of a fentanyl related compound and tampering with records. The original indictment stated the drugs involved included fentanyl, diazepam and Benadryl. Heinl-Botkin is due back in Mercer County Common Pleas court on Wednesday October 30th at 9 am.
