39 year old Thomas Sparklin of Coldwater has been sentenced to 5 years of community control sanctions on a first degree misdemeanor charge of inducting panic. As part of a plea agreement, others charging including inducing panic and making a terroristic threat were amended. In April, Sparkin threated to commit or induct panic and made the threat with the purpose of affecting the conduct of Goverment. The police stated as a result of this, Sparklin cause a fear of inducing panic.
