69 year old Pamela Wendel of St Marys faces charges stemming from a fatal traffic accident that occured in July of this year in St Marys. According to Auglaize County Municipal Court Records, Wendel faces charges of Aggravated Vehicular Homicide; Vehicular Homicide and Vehicular Manslaughter. According to the St Marys Police, Wendel was leaving Two Scoops Ice Cream shop on East Spring Street on July  7th when she failed to yield to 66 year old Debra Kiser of Wapakoneta who was driving a motorcycle. Kiser ended up striking Wendel's car. Kiser died of complications of her injuries last month. Wendel is due to appear in Auglaize County Municipal Court for her arraignment on Wednesday October 23rd at 2 pm.
