TRUCK SPILL EPA


IN CENTRAL OHIO, AN OVERTURNED TRUCK LEAKING FUEL ON AN INTERSTATE HIGHWAY PROMPTED A CALL TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY. 
EPA OFFICIALS WERE CALLED TO THE SCENE OF A SEMI TRUCK CRASH THAT'S AFTER THE TRUCK STARTED SPILLING FUEL OVER THE ROAD IT HAPPENED ON I 70 WEST NEAR 270 NORTH ON RAMP IN EAST COLUMBUS. COLUMBUS POLICE TELL US NO ONE WAS HURT. THE EPA SAYS THE COLUMBUS DIVISION OF FIRE CONTAINED THE SPILL BUT SOME FUEL WAS WASHED AWAY BY THE RAIN. THE INTERSTATE WAS CLOSED FOR SEVERAL HOURS, BUT IS BACK OPEN.
