A Local man has been arrested for Pandering Sexually Oriented Matter Involving a Minor. According to online records, Mercer County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 35 year old Brian Joseph Evers of Celina on Wednesday. According to the police, On August 21st, Mercer County Sheriff Detective Chad Fortkamp received an email from the Internet Crimes Against Children office, based out of Cuyahoga County. The email tip reported that ICAC had discovered that a person from Mercer County had been receiving or exchanging sexual images or performances involving a juvenile or juveniles. The email identified the person as being  Brian Evers and mentioned that Evers has a daughter, that appears to be about the same age as the participant in the images. The emails mentioned the Internet Protocol addresses used. The IP addresses used all have the same subscriber as Evers and the platform used was the KIK platform. Evers was arrested after being recently questioned.
