52 year old Darby Wehrley of St Henry has been arrested on a 1st degree misdemanor charge of domestic violence for an incident this past Sunday. Accoridng to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, Wehrley allegedly struck his daughter and used force on her neck area to force her head down onto the bed multiple times, causing physical harm. Wehrley was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held without bond pending an appearance in court.
