This week, the Minster Village Council agreed to draft future legislation to establish a designated outdoor refreshment area in Minster. This is an area of a city or villagte where residents can consume alcoholic beverages in DORA cups in public with certain restrictions in a certain area. The ordinance formally establishing Minster's designated outdoor refreshment area will be introduced at the October 1st Minster Village Council Meeting.
