The Celina Couple charged with their role in the January 6th, 2021 insurrection at the US Capital has indicated that they intend to accept a plea agreement with US prosecutors. The details of this agreement are not yet available. Donald and Shawndale Chilcoat were originally charged and arrested in August of 2022 after the FBI established they were at the insurrection and entered and remained on restricted grounds.
