On Tuesday, The Mercer County Commissioners appointed Fred Wiswell to the Mercer County Library Board. Wiswell will replace the retiring Elaine Maurer who is leaving the Board of Trustees after serving since 2002. Fred Wiswell was formally the Superintendent of Celina City Schools and also was the Executive Director of Otterbein St Marys.
