32 year old Zachary Swisher of Lima was arrested this weekend after the Celina Police were dispatched to the Arco Gas Station on South Main Street on a theft complaint. The victim told police her bicycle was stolen from the rear of the business. The victim had video of the theft and the suspect in the building. The Celina Police sent pictures to other agencies to see if anyone recoginzed him. The Saint Marys police identited the suspect. The Celina Police located Swisher riding the bike on Magnolia Street. A search of Swisher revealed he was in possession of methamphetamine. Swisher was booked into the Mercer County Jail on charges of theft and possession of drugs.
