2 new charges have been filed against 37 year old Matt Storer of St Marys. The Auglaize County Prosecutors Office reports 2 additional victims came forward and Storer will plead guilty to 2 additional 3rd degree felony charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Sentencing for Storer is still expected to take place on October 3rd. Storer had been facing a maximum of 15 years in prison for the prior charges but now the maximum is 25 years. Storer previously pleaded guilty to a third felony charge of sexual battery and 2 third degree felony charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Other charges were dismissed. Storer will be classified as a Tier III Sex Offender and will register his address with the police for life.
