38 year old Dusty Krogman of Mendon was sentenced in Mercer County Common Pleas Court this week on 20 2nd degree felony charges of Pandering obscenity involving a minor. Krogman was originally indicted on 60 counts last year but pleaded guilty as part of an agreement with prosecutors earlier this year. Krogman was sentenced to 5 years of community control sanctions and will be sent to a community based correctional facility in Cincinnati that has a sex offenders program. Krogman was also labeled a Tier 2 sex offender. Krogman will have to register his address with law enforcement every 180 days for 25 years.
