35 year old Ivan Honer of Wapakoneta will be sentenced on August 22nd in Celina Municipal Court after pleading no contest on Monday to charges against him in a case involving the theft of personal property at Basic Grain in Coldwater. According to court records, Honer is accused of stealing 2 cell phones out of employee lockers and lying to the police during questioning and attempting to blame the crime on another person. Honer pleaded no contest to 2 charges of falsification, 2 charges of theft and one count each of obstructing official business and criminal mischief. Honer is being held in the Mercer County Jail pending sentencing.
