A Celina Couple was arrested Friday on a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. According to the complaint filed in Celina Municipal Court, 59 year old Nicholas Mantia and 58 year old Lisa Mauro-Mantia had an altercation that involved pinching, punching and slapping. Both suspects were taken to the Mercer County Jail pending an appearance in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To read the complaint:
