According to court records, 50 year old Kimberly Slaven of Coldwater has pleaded guilty to a 5th degree felony charge of theft. As part of the agreement, other felony charges, including theft and safecracking have been dismissed. Slaven was accused of taking  3-thousand-dollars in March of this year from the Coldwater Marathon. Slaven is scheduled to be sentenced on Tuesday September 3rd. Slaven, who has been ordered to make restitution to Marathon, faces anywhere from 6 to 12 months in jail and 25-hundred-dollars in fines.
