58 year old Scott Alan Austin of Wapakoneta is being held in the Auglaize County Jail without bond on felony charges of gross sexual imposition and importuning. The victim in the case is under the age of 15. Court records state the alleged offenses occured in November of 2023. A date of Austin's initial court appearance has not yet been set in Auglaize County Common Pleas Court.
