36 year old Sara Devall of Coldwater faces a felony charge of tampering with evidence and misdemeanor charges of possesing drug abuse instruments and disorderly conduct following an incident early Thursday Morning. According to the police, Deputies were dispatched to the area of U.S.Route 127 and Monroe Road to investigate a complaint of a possible domestic situation, or argument. The citizen complainant said that they were beside a motor vehicle. Sara Devall was taken into custody and was not cooperative with the police. Devall was also found to be in possession of a syringe.
