A Mendon man who pleaded guilty to felony charges of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in April has been indicted on 2 felony counts of the Illegal Use of a Minor or Impaired Person in Nudity-Oriented Material. According to the indictment, Miller is accused of possessing or viewing material or performance that shows a minor who was not Timothy J. Miller's child or ward in a state of nudity.
