25 year old Devin Walsh of Rockford was arrested Friday on misdemeanor charges of aggravated menacing and domestic violence. According to the complaint filed by the Mercer County Sheriff's Office, Walsh is accused of telling the victim not to go to sleep or he would slit their throat.
