According to court records, the Celina Police have arrested 39 year old Andrew Leininger. Leininger is accused of tazing someone in the stomach over the weekend and pointing a pocket knife at the victim. Leininger, who has an extensive criminal record, faces misdemeanor charges of assault and aggravated menacing. Leininger was taken to the Mercer County Jail and held on $2,000 bond pending a court appearance.
