He is survived by his parents Dale & Carla (Meyer) Kahlig of Coldwater and siblings Anna Kahlig & Alex Sharp of New Bremen, Michael Kahlig of Colorado Springs, CO , Matthew Kahlig of Coldwater and half brother Travis Burton of Colorado Springs, CO. He is preceded in death by a brother Zachary.

Robert was a 2021 graduate of Coldwater High School and currently attended UNOH studying to be an auto mechanic. He loved fixing things and working on cars, playing his guitar and he had a big heart for animals, especially his dogs.

A funeral service will be held 12 noon on Monday, June 17, 2024, at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater. Burial will take place in the St. Elizabeth Cemetery in Coldwater.
