A Coldwater man died in a single vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon. According to the police, 21 year old Robert Kahlig was driving east in the 6000 block of Kossuth Amanda Road near Spencerville at approximately 12:30 pm. Kahlig drove off the road and struck a culvert. Kahlig's vehicle overturned several times and he was ejected from the vehicle. Kahlig was taken to a Lima hospital by Cridersville EMS and was pronounced dead.  The Police say Kahlig was not wearing a safety belt at the time of the crash. Alcohol and drugs are not suspected to be factors in the crash. This accident remains under investigation.
