According to court records, an Auglaize County Grand Jury has indicted 37 year old Matt Storer of St Marys on 5 felony sex charges. Storer faces 3 counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and 2 counts of sexual battery. The alleged offense are 3rd degree felonies. The dates of the offenses are between 2018 and August of last year. Storer has been court ordered to undergo testing to see if he has any sexually transmitted diseases. Storer's bond has been increased to $350,000 subject to 10 percent. However, Storer is not eligible to be released on bond due to a probation violation from an earlier OVI case in 2019. Storer's next appearance in court has not been set.
