50 year old Kimberly Slaven of Coldwater has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on felony charges of safecracking and theft. According to the indictment, these alleged incidents happened in March. Slaven is accused of tampering with a vault, safe or strong box and taking $3,000. Slaven is being held in the Mercer County Jail without bond. A date for her intiial court appearance has not been set. To read the indictment:
