18 year old Nathan Perry of Rockford has been indicted by a Mercer County Grand Jury on 42 2nd degree felony charges of pandering obsenity and sexually oriented material involving a minor or impaired person. According to the indictment, the alleged incidents occured between March and April of this year. A summons has been issued for Perry to appear in court. His arraignment is on Thursday June 13th at 9 am in Mercer County Common Pleas Court. To read the indictment:
