42 year old David Russell, Junior of St Marys was arrested this week by the St Marys Police on a 4th degree felony charge of strangulation and a 1st degree misdemeanor charge of domestic violence. The alleged incident occured on Monday. Russell is free on bond pending his next court apprearnce in Auglaize County Municipal Court on May 23rd. Russell is not to have contact with the alleged victim in the case.
