The Celina City Council will meet Monday evening. The Council will consider the first reading of an ordinance allowing the city to enter into an agreement with an architectural firm for the City Hall and Celina Fire Department Feasibility study. The Council will also consider an ordinance to vacate a portion of right-of-way easement on West Bank Road in the city. The Council will then discuss accepting a grant from the Ohio Law Enforcement Body Armor Program for the purchase of body armor. In other business, the Celina City Council will vote on awarding the construction of the new pickleball courts fence to Hess Fencing. Monday's Meeting is at 7 pm at Celina City Hall.
