34 year old David Swain of Celina faces felony charges of possession of methamphetamine stemming from a traffic stop over the weekend. The Celina Police report Swain was pulled over on May 2nd for a traffic violation in the city. Swain appeared nervous and after a search, suspected methamphetamine was discovered on him. Swain was taken to the Mercer County Jail where he is being held on a $50,000 bond. Swain is due back in court on Friday. To read the complaint against David Swain:
