19 year old Timothy Miller of Mendon has pleaded guilty to 2 Fourth Degree Felony Counts of Unlawful Sexual Conduct with a minor. As part of a plea agreement, 4 other counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor were dismissed. Miller was accused of engaging in sex with a female who was at least 4 years younger than him earlier this year. The Court ordered a written Presentence Investigation and assigned the matter for a Sex Offender Notification and Registration Hearing and Sentencing on Wednesday May 29th at 10:30 a.m.
