50 year old Bobby Willis II of St Marys received a 180 day suspended jail sentence in Mercer County Common Pleas Recently for a charge of attempting to pass bad checks. Willis was originally charged with passing bad checks, but the charge was amended as part of a plea deal. The incident took place last year, where Willis was accused of issuing a check that he knew would not clear. Willis must also pay $1,415 dollars in restitution to Celina Moving and Storage.
