The attorney for murder suspect Ryan Houser of Celina is seeking to supress statements made by Houser to the police and claims Houser was not given a Miranda warning during interviews with law enforcement. Houser is accused of killing 43 year old Barbara Ganger at the Van Wert West Apartments in September of last year. Ganger was found dead of gunshot wounds. Houser was arrested in Mercer County on unrelated charges. Houser is being held in the Van Wert County Jail on a 1-Million-Dollar bond. A trial date for Ryan Houser has not been set at this time.
