Ohio McDonald’s Owners Partner with United Way of Logan County to Assist in Tornado Recovery

$10,000 donation to help residents of Logan County who were impacted by recent storms

 

 

RUSSELLS POINT, OHIO –McDonald’s owner operators from the Ohio region will donate $10,000 worth of McDonald’s Arch Cards to the United Way of Logan County during a presentation at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27. The United Way of Logan County will distribute the cards to those affected by the March 14 tornado and to those helping in the recovery efforts.

 

Presenting the donation on behalf of all Ohio McDonald’s owner operators will be Stacey Vorhees from Monfort/Vorhees Family McDonald’s, and Cindy Frantz from Scott Family McDonald’s. Both organizations operate McDonald’s locations in Logan County.

 

Those expected to accept the donation include:

  • Dave Bezusko, executive director, United Way of Logan County
  • Representatives from the Multi-Agency Task Force servicing Logan County
  • and other local officials
