Effective Friday, March 17, 2023, the City of Celina has resumed accepting payments made through our third-party payment provider, Payment Service Network (PSN).

A temporary suspension, put into effective on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 has been lifted following a release from PSN on March 16, 2023, stating that they are back to business as usual, and after verifying that delayed funds from PSN have been received.
